It is a saying that music moves you, and that could not be more true for me. I love the way that it facilitates a sense of community and connection no other form of media can, crossing cultural barriers and breaking stereotypes.
About Me!
I love to travel, but while I am traveling, I am constantly taking pictures and capturing the moments in time while I am there. This image is from a trip to Iceland where I saw some of the most landscapes I have ever seen!
One of my favorite hobbies is photography, and I have recently gotten into taking portrait photos. I did a graduation photoshoot for one of my best friends, giving me practice in capturing action shots as well as still portraits. Through trial and error, I have learned my shooting and editing style, and I hope to keep taking photos like this.
I love theater and the performing arts, making a point to invest in and learn about the industry as much as I can. The impact that sitting in a collective audience seeing a work of art on stage, while at the same time each person experiences that art differently has always fascinated me and has inspired me to do marketing in this field.
Fun fact: I have seen over 15 Broadway shows in the last year!
New York City has been my dream place to live since the first time I visited when I was 7. There is nothing like it and any chance I get I am up exploring the city. It doesn't hurt that is where the performing arts thrive!
I love my friends. There is nothing more important to me than connection and finding the people I want to spend my time with. Fostering community wherever I am is a huge part of me as I am largely an extrovert.
I said before that I love to travel, and studying abroad my freshman year started this. Living in Florence, Italy for 3.5 months changed my perspective on travel due to its ease and accessibility being in Europe. My bucket list of places to travel to is always growing, encouraging me to find new places to explore constantly.
Growing up at the beach, I love being outside and in nature. Though I thrive in the city, it is because of a walkable atmosphere, where being outside is encouraged and activity is part of daily life. I love anything to do with animals and am passionate about conservation.
